The Artist represents modern painting located on the verge of fantasy and consciousness. Ann Wojciechowska-Paprocka's painting is devoted to and dominated by women. Color composition suggests eternal infiltration of joy and nostalgia. The titles of her paintings are a literary completion of this concept. The world in her painting is sensitive and reflective – full of contemplation, yet primarily intimate and thus unique. Paintings are in the mood, predominantly carefully selected and warm in tone colours, showing emotions, occasionally with varied texture. The Artist applies subtle, well balanced palette of colours.
